24-Hour Cancellation & Refund Policy
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your tour at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours, nor can we accommodate changes during this period.
The cut-off time is based on the local time of the experience. Failure to arrive at the meeting point will result in a forfeited refund.
Cancellations for Extreme Weather
Weather conditions vary by region, so we encourage guests to come prepared.
Our tours operate in various conditions, including sun and rain, with specific recommendations provided in each tour description.
A full refund will only be issued if local authorities declare the weather unsafe. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and process your refund automatically.
Unforeseen Route Closures & Alternatives
If a tour route is blocked due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative.
Situations such as rockfalls or road closures may prevent access to certain areas.
When this occurs, we will provide a different experience that showcases the beauty of the region.

Scheduled Tours Cancellation Policy
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your tour at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour’s start time are non-refundable, and we are unable to accommodate any changes during this period. Please note that the cut-off time is based on the local time of the experience. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point will result in a forfeited refund.
Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel tours due to low participation or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.

Cruiseship Specific Cancellation Policy
Cruise schedules may occasionally change due to weather conditions, port cancellations, or last-minute itinerary adjustments made by the cruise line. While these situations are out of your control — and ours — we’re here to support you.
In case of a change in arrival time, port location, or cruise stop cancellation, we will first do our best to arrange an alternative tour that fits your updated itinerary. If no suitable alternative can be arranged, a full refund will be issued.
Port Skips or Changes
Cruise itineraries are subject to last-minute changes, and we understand that this can impact your plans.
If your cruise ship skips or changes a port, we will first attempt to arrange an alternative tour that fits your new location. If no suitable alternative can be arranged, you are eligible for a full refund, regardless of when the change is made.
Arrival & Departure Time Adjustments
If your cruise’s arrival or departure time changes, please notify us as soon as possible.
Since most of our tours are designed for cruise passengers, we will adjust the tour start time accordingly to ensure you return to port safely and on time before your ship’s departure.
Back-in-Time Guarantee
For tours marked as safe for shore excursions, we carefully plan start and end times to guarantee that you return to port before your ship departs. While we have never encountered delays, in the unlikely event of a force majeure situation preventing an on-time return, we will arrange transportation to the next port of call.
Important: Check Your Cruise Arrival & Departure Times
On days when multiple cruise ships dock at the same port, tour availability may vary depending on the time constraints of your specific cruise schedule.
Tour start times and durations are always listed on the tour pages—please verify that the schedule works for you. If the tour’s end time does not align with your cruise departure, the Back-in-Time Guarantee will not apply.
Please ensure that the tour you select fits your cruise ship’s schedule. Tour start times and durations are listed on each tour page. If the tour ends after your ship’s final boarding time—or less than one hour before it—the Back-in-Time Guarantee does not apply.
Booking a Tour for the Wrong Port
If you accidentally book a tour for the wrong port, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or transfer your booking to another port. However, if you notify us as soon as possible, we will attempt to resell your ticket. If we are successful, we will refund you for the resold ticket.

Private Tours Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.
50% Refund: If you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours before the tour start time, you will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, no. Each of our tours includes pick-up only from the port listed in the tour name and description. For example, if you’re arriving at Port B but book “Tour A – Pick-up from Port A,” we won’t be able to pick you up from Port B.
Sometimes, third-party platforms might suggest tours from a different city if there are no options in your location — but that doesn’t mean the tour is suitable for your port. Always double-check the tour name, pick-up location, and the city/port you’ll actually be visiting before booking.
